Tunji Nagode dole out 200k to Support EDA's Quran Contest

 




Ilorin born Oil Expert and Head of Finance, NNPC, Alhaji Abdulkadir Tunji Nagode has Supported Edun Development Association's 2023 Quran Recitation Competition with the Sum of two hundred thousand naira.


Alhaji Tunji Nagode who was represented by Engr Kale Aiyegun at the Day 5 of the ongoing Quran Recitation Competition of the Association, the Money according to Engr Kale Should be Shared among the best five reciters at the end of the contest . 


Tunji Nagode who Urged the participants to redouble their efforts towards becoming a professional reciter, called on them to use their time judiciously to engage in useful venture to better their lot in the future. 


The Association has however acknowledged the receipt of the money

Emir of Ilorin to Turban Mohammed Baba Iliyas as Daudu Egbejila July 25 Preparations are in top gear for the grand turbaning ceremony of Alhaji Mualim Mohammed Baba Iliyas as the 3rd Daudu Egbejila Wara Osin in Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State. The ceremony will be performed by the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, on Friday, 25th July 2025, at the Emir’s Palace, Ilorin, starting at 9:00 AM.
