Isaiah Benjamin Sworn-in As SWAN National President

 



..... Says Aggrieve members will be genuinely reconciled


Newly Elected President of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria SWAN, Mr Benjamin Isaiah has vowed to reconcile all aggrieve members, even as he promised to run a transparent administration.


 Mr Benjamin Isaiah was elected on Thursday in Omoku at the Triennial National Delegates Conference of the Association where he polled 16 votes to defeat his main challenger, Mallam Sodiq Moyoyo who garnered 6 votes.


Mr Benjamin who appreciated NEC and SWANECO for an unbiased Electoral Process, explained that his administration will consolidate on the gains and achievements of his predecessors in an attempt to build and sustain the vision of its founding fathers.


 He noted that the confidence repose in him by members across the Country will be justified and the Association will improve on the already achieved milestones.


Other Elected officials were Ikenna Okonkwo, General Secretary, Frankie Omokhua, vice president South East, Bonny Nyong, National Deputy President and Ayodeji Ogunsakin was voted unopposed as deputy President south west
