Rafiu Balogun Implores Colleagues To Cool off Stress Through Golf.

 


Ilorin based Legal Practitioner, Rafiu Balogun (SAN) has called on colleagues in the law profession and other professionals to recreate as well as cool off their stress by engaging in playing the game of golf .


Balogun made the call at the just concluded 2nd Harmony Open Golf Tournament, Ilorin 2023 which ended over the weekend.

 

The eloquent Legal Icon who emerged winner in one of the categories of the tournament, noted the game of golf requires skills, determination and patience which are some of the attributes of a good lawyer.


He expressed delight to have won as a first timer in the game, noting that with his experience in the 2023 harmony open golf competition,


will aid him in future tournaments.


"I feel elated and happy as a beginner and amateur golfer to win laurel in this tournament, it means if i had joined the club before, I would have become professional in the game" 


"I'm not stopping here, I will attend another tournament coming up in Ogun State, playing the game gives me joy"


He commended the management of Ilorin golf club for staging a hitch free and befitting tournament, adding that he is proud with the facilities in Ilorin golf as one of the best in the Country.

  Okoko wins 1st ICMA PRO-AM Open Golf Tournament Godwin Koko claimed the overall title at the 1st ICMA PRO-AM Open Golf Tournament 2024, finishing with an impressive score of 18 under par.
