Kwara Games Festival Sets For Debut In Ilorin

 

Ten Games and Ten Winners are expected to emerge at the Kwara Games Festival season 1 which is coming up in Ilorin.



According to the Programme Convener, Ambassador Samuel Anjorin, the anticipated Kwara Games Festival will feature popular sport events such as Chess,  Table Tennis, Monopoly, Ludo, Play station, Xbox, Draft, Pool (snooker), Scrabble and Ayo Olopon.


Interested members of the public and sports lovers are enjoined to register via the social media handles of the organizers to be part of the program in terms of sponsorship and partnership.

Emir of Ilorin to Turban Mohammed Baba Iliyas as Daudu Egbejila July 25 Preparations are in top gear for the grand turbaning ceremony of Alhaji Mualim Mohammed Baba Iliyas as the 3rd Daudu Egbejila Wara Osin in Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State. The ceremony will be performed by the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, on Friday, 25th July 2025, at the Emir’s Palace, Ilorin, starting at 9:00 AM.
