Two Kwara Nmanko beach soccer players to feature for Supersand Eagles*
As the Supersand Eagles gear up for the second leg of their AFCON Qualifiers set for this afternoon in Kaduna, two distinguished players from Kwara Nmanko Beach Soccer club, Elijah Blessing and Samuel Agemo, are poised to take the field with the Supersand Eagles as they face Mauritania in Kaduna.
Despite being privately owned, Kwara Nmanko Beach Soccer club has been thriving and excelling, standing out among other Beach Soccer clubs in the country, notably due to their consistent participation in the NBSL.
In response to this development, the Chairman of Kwara Nmanko Beach Soccer club, Engr Jibril Idris, has expressed confidence in the capabilities of the players invited from Kwara Nmanko, affirming that their selection has further highlighted Kwara Nmanko as a dynamic Beach Soccer club.
"The inclusion of our players in the national team is a positive development, showcasing Kwara Nmanko BSC as a prominent club,"he remarked.
He lauded the club's benefactor, Alhaji Attahiru Ibrahim Nmanko, for his steadfast support of the club, emphasizing that his backing has been substantial since the club's inception.
Elijah Blessing and Samuel Agemo are slated to participate for the Supersand Eagles in today's match against Mauritania in Kaduna, following their victory in the first leg by a margin of five goals to four.
