 Nagode's Family Extends Gratitude to Emir of Ilorin Over Dan Amana Ngeri's Appointment



The Nagode's family has expressed their deep gratitude to the Emir of Ilorin, His Royal Highness Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari CFR, for conferring the traditional title of *Dan Amana Ngeri* of Ilorin on their son, Alhaji Dr. Tunji Abdulkadir Nagode. 



The family spokesperson, Alhaji Ahmed Bolaji Nagode, conveyed their appreciation, highlighting the honor this appointment brings to their family. 


He noted that the title is seen as a reward for the loyalty and service their late father rendered to the Sheikh Alimi dynasty and the Ilorin Emirate.



Alhaji Ahmed Bolaji also mentioned that this achievement connects Dr. Tunji to both his paternal and maternal heritage, joining the ranks of the Iyan Geri and Jarma Geri families.


Dr. Tunji Nagode was honored with the title on Friday, September 13, 2024, in recognition of his contributions to the development of the Ilorin Emirate. 


In his remarks, Alhaji Ahmed Bolaji, who serves as the Director-General of NAPTIN, prayed for the continued success, wisdom, and health of the Emir during his reign.

Emir of Ilorin to Turban Mohammed Baba Iliyas as Daudu Egbejila July 25 Preparations are in top gear for the grand turbaning ceremony of Alhaji Mualim Mohammed Baba Iliyas as the 3rd Daudu Egbejila Wara Osin in Ilorin West Local Government Area of Kwara State.
