 Olympic Certified Ilorin Games fiesta sets for 2nd edition



The organizers of the Ilorin Games Fiesta, recently certified by the International Olympic Committee, are set for an exciting second edition of the event. Scheduled to take place on November 24, 2024, at the Succoth Valley Garden, GRA, Ilorin, the state capital.


 The event promises a variety of sporting activities, including Ayo, Scrabble, Draught, and football, among others.



According to a statement from the convener and director, Engr. Olaiya Abisola, this year's edition aims to build on the success of the debut event, which gained international recognition following its impressive performance.



 Engr. Abisola assured the public of a hitch-free event and urged them to attend in large numbers.



 "We are building and improving on the 1st edition, we will ensure it continue on a yearly basis, we urged our lovers to be part of this initiatives Engr Olaiya added


Participants can register for Ayo Oloopon with a fee of ₦20,000, Scrabble with ₦30,000, and Draught with ₦50,000. 



Over a thousand guests, including key stakeholders in the state, are expected to attend the one-day sports festival.
