Team Kwara Ends NYG24 in 5th Position Team Kwara concluded their participation in the 8th National Youth Games (NYG24) in Asaba, Delta State, with an outstanding performance, finishing 5th overall. In the final medal  table released by the local organizing committee on Thursday, the team secured 33 medals: 14 gold, 7 silver, and 12 bronze, surpassing their 2023 record.  Kwara Poly Alumni Association Condemns Alleged Killing of It's Student* The Kwara State Polytechnic Alumni Association, an affiliate of the worldwide alumini  has condemned the alleged killing of one of its students by the Nigeria Police.  The incident reportedly occurred last Monday when police officers allegedly stopped students along the Sango area, checked their phones, and, when some students resisted and fled, they were shot at, resulting in the death of one student. Tunde Sanni, the new Technical Adviser of Kwara United, has assured fans and the club's management of his dedication to leading the team to success.  Following the departure of Coach Kabir Dogo to Nasarawa United, Sanni, who was promoted to the Technical Adviser role, expressed confidence in his ability to guide the team effectively and not disappoint the supporters.
